Text and email alerts detailing interest in your property 

The letting market moves quickly, so you don't want to miss a lead. We'll notify you of a tenant's interest as soon as we receive it.

Advertising at your control

With your own Urban account you can easily make changes to your property's price, description or photographs. If you make any changes your listing will be updated on the Righmove, Zoopla and Primelocation within 12 hours.

Tenant Referencing*

We’ll credit check your selected tenant, contact their previous landlord, and verify their income with their employer.

Tenant Check Pledge*

Our checks are so rigorous that if we pass your tenants and they stop paying rent in the first 12 months, we’ll cover the initial cost of the eviction process.

Right to rent verification*

Right to rent is the law. Failure to comply could land you with a £3000 fine and a tenancy agreement which cannot be enforced. We’ll advise you which documents to collect, verify them and ensure you meet storage and follow up requirements.
