You meet your tenants
We’ll handle all the enquiries and pass them onto you via text and email. You book and carry out the viewing. Importantly, the person who really needs to meet the potential occupant of your valuable property - is you.
You let us check if you’ve got the right tenants
We’ll credit check your selected tenant, contact their previous landlord, and verify their income with their employer. Our checks are so rigorous that if we pass your tenants and they stop paying rent in the first 12 months, we’ll evict them for free.
