A parking space has just been put up for sale in London for a whopping £350,000 – quite a price tag for a piece of concrete measuring just 19.5ft by 8ft!

Although the space occupies a prime location in London W2, it’s still not as clear cut as it may seem. Whoever purchases it will only be able to take advantage of it for 88 years, unless they are willing to fork out for a new lease on the spot.

So, if you are advertising a property which comes with parking, make sure you add it to your listing, it seems that a safe and secure place to park their car is something that today's buyers place very highly on their wish list.
