RICS research announced record slump in listings

Research from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors announced this week that the number of properties being released onto the market in November reached a record low, with the lack of available stock further fuelling the booming prices.

November was the 10th consecutive month that the slump has been ongoing, with only 45 properties per surveyor being listed, the lowest since records began.
