It seems like only yesterday we were all downloading new versions of the vital 'How to Rent' guide (well, it was only a fortnight ago). But don;t get too comfortable, because there's another new one!
Only two weeks after the last big overhaul, the Government today announced that there are further updates to the 'How to Rent' guide, which means you'll need to download yet another version.

Failing to serve the correct version can leave you in real hot water, as an incorrect copy can make serving a Section 21 impossible, so make sure to refresh your records, and delete any old copies to prevent mistakes!
